Distinct Positioning

Tim Hortons is truly distinct from every other restaurant chain: a “category of one.”

Our heritage is one rooted in a simple brand position of quality products at reasonable prices. While our brand position of standing for quality products at reasonable prices hasn’t changed, our menu certainly has, as we evolved through the years to respond to our guests’ needs.

Coffee remains a cornerstone product. While baked goods are still important, we now have a much broader menu offering that gives people even more reason to make frequent visits. Tim Hortons is truly distinct from every other restaurant chain: a “category of one.”

Our menu features a wide range of hot and cold beverages, soups and sandwiches, wraps, baked goods, and breakfast sandwiches, among many other items. We believe our unique offering sets us apart, providing balanced menu choices that include both indulgences and healthier options.
